Book club cupcakes!

Pumpkin chocolate chip cupcakes with cinnamon icing- VCTOTW

I made these for a book club meeting today. They are moist and not too sweet, so the icing is a nice touch. Pumpkin and chocolate chips are an excellent combination!

Pumpkin in always yum. Never try it with cupcake.
Love to share my tip:
Found this awesome vegan noodle soup called Happy Pho - a delicious Vietnamese noodle soup that's so flavorful and takes 10 mins to cook. I add mushroom, spinach and have a steaming bowl of soup. I came across them at Rainbow Grocery but think you can find them in other Northern California stores
and online at –

Yum, I love pumpkin! Unfortunately, I can't get canned pumpkin over here in Austria, so I have to be patient and wait for fall! :-)

Hi Melissa,

I didn't see an email to contact you personally. I am building a legitimate business in my community, but I also am creating a place for people to see nice pictures of food as a way of deciding which recipe looks like fun to try. I'll be updating at least once a month (hopefully more). I saw that you do a lot of recipe testing, so I thought you might like to know about my website. Let me know if anything looks interesting to you.
