I made Wolffie's peanut butter cookies from La Dolce Vegan as well. I didn't try either cookie, I got Billy to test them out...and he thoroughly approves of them both! I'm saving my cookie indulgence for the weekend. These cookies have the perfect chewiness of any decent pb cookie, with the goodness of whole wheat and flax.
