Junk Food

The following is a few weeks of stuff, I don't eat this stuff every night! We like to do one "junky" meal a week as a treat, like pizza, or mac and cheese, etc...

Mac and cheese....so rich and filling!



Pizza with daiya cheese and vegan pepperoni


Chicken Nachos:
Corn tortilla chips with Daiya mozzarella and cheddar and chopped up PC "chicken".


My local health store started carrying Sol Cuisine's veggie breakfast patties. These taste a lot like sausage patties! So I had to make breakfast sandwiches last weekend to try them out. A tofu egg with cheese and sausage. Mmmm, it hit the spot!

I'm licking my chops at least as much as your pup! That mac and cheese looks delicious. Hell, it all looks delicious!

As much as I try and follow the 80/20 rule with my diet sometimes I just wind up going all out with the junk food. This looks like a great week to me!

Where is the mac n' cheese from?

I'm jealous of all the good stuff you ate... everything looks so good. I did try Veganomicon's salad though, and I didn't like it so much.

I love your "junk" food (although, vegan junk food is probably still a lot healthier than regular junk food!). My boyfriend and I usually eat healthy during the week - lots of salad, rice and soups, but on the weekend, we love to have our vegan junk! Friday night is always burger night with all the fixings, great!
What recipe do you use for those mac and cheese?
