I got Sinfully Vegan for Christmas from my boyfriend's mom. Today I put the finishing touches on the chocolate raspberry celebration loaf. It is great! I had to put it in another room to keep from eating too much! The icing is a recipe from the book too, and you can't tell that the icing is made from tofu!
I was going to make the Boston cream donuts, but they are kind of time consuming, and I have stuff to do for school right now, so I guess that will have to wait.
